Kabul edilen projeler i\u00e7in ise, belli aral\u0131klarla ilerleme raporlar\u0131n\u0131 inceleyip denetlemekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc izleme j\u00fcrileri bulunmaktad\u0131r. Proje ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc yapar. Proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc, projeyi teklif eden ve y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinden sorumlu olan ki\u015fidir. Genellikle bu ki\u015filerde doktora mezunu olma \u015fart\u0131 aran\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00e7o\u011fu zaman projede \u00f6\u011fretim \u00fcyeleri veya ara\u015ft\u0131rma g\u00f6revlileri aras\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilen ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar da yer al\u0131r. Proje grubu genellikle 6 ile 8 ki\u015fiden olu\u015fur ve grup \u00fcyelerinin ayn\u0131 \u00fcniversitenin b\u00fcnyesinde g\u00f6rev almas\u0131 zorunlu de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Peki ya s\u00fcre ve b\u00fct\u00e7e?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proje s\u00fcresi projeden projeye g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir fakat genelde bu s\u00fcre 1-2 y\u0131ld\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BAP projesinin b\u00fct\u00e7esi, \u00fcniversite kaynaklar\u0131ndan temin edilir. Bu b\u00fct\u00e7e ile proje i\u00e7in gereken ekipman ve hizmet al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. Ayr\u0131ca, saha ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131, yolculuklar, sempozyum vs. i\u00e7in de bu b\u00fct\u00e7e kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Talep edilen b\u00fct\u00e7e belli bir miktar\u0131n \u00fczerindeyse, proje sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla yay\u0131n yapma \u015fart\u0131 konur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ba\u015fvuru ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma talimatlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rma projelerinin ba\u015fvuru ko\u015fullar\u0131 ve ba\u015fvuru s\u00fcresi, \u00fcniversitelerin internet sayfalar\u0131nda ilan edilmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, BAP birimleri organlar\u0131n\u0131, g\u00f6revlerini, de\u011ferlendirme prosed\u00fcrlerini, kabul s\u00fcrecini ve b\u00fct\u00e7e durumunu g\u00f6steren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00f6nergesini de yay\u0131nlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Toplum ve ekonomiyi de unutmamal\u0131!<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BAP projelerinin, \u00fcniversiteler ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir\u00e7ok avantaj\u0131 vard\u0131r. Yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne kadar a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak bundan bahsettik ancak s\u00f6z konusu projelerin \u00fclke, toplum ve hatta insanl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da faydalar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, bunlara da de\u011finmeden ge\u00e7emeyece\u011fiz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00d6ncelikle konuya ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcnden bakal\u0131m: Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir projede yer al\u0131p hayata dair ger\u00e7ek bir probleminin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak, bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131n\u0131n elde edebilece\u011fi en \u00f6nemli deneyimdir. Ayr\u0131ca, proje y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fc ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131 her bir proje i\u00e7in belli bir puan kazan\u0131r ve bu puanlar\u0131 akademik terfileri i\u00e7in kullanabilirler. BAP projeleri daha b\u00fcy\u00fck projelere (\u00f6zellikle de birka\u00e7 milyon Euro deste\u011fi olan uluslararas\u0131 projelere) a\u00e7\u0131lan bir kap\u0131d\u0131r. Bu projelerle kendini kan\u0131tlayan bilim insanlar\u0131n\u0131n elde etti\u011fi prestij, daha da b\u00fcy\u00fck projelere imza atma \u015fans\u0131n\u0131 da artacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meseleye bir de \u00fcniversitelerin g\u00f6z\u00fcnden bakarsak: Topluma fayda sa\u011flamak ve literat\u00fcrdeki olas\u0131 bir bo\u015flu\u011fu doldurmak, \u00fcniversitenin \u00fclke i\u00e7indeki sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131, isminin \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde de duyulmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan avantaj sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.
