Tabii ki puanlama ile&#8230; En g\u00fczel se\u00e7ilen en y\u00fcksek puan\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f demektir. Bir derginin etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fc, dergide yay\u0131nlanan makalelere ne kadar at\u0131f yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile do\u011fru orant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Ge\u00e7mi\u015f iki y\u0131l i\u00e7inde dergide at\u0131f yap\u0131lan makalelerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ayn\u0131 iki y\u0131l i\u00e7inde dergide bas\u0131lan toplam makale say\u0131s\u0131na b\u00f6l\u00fcnmesiyle bulunur. \u00c7ok kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k olduysa \u015fu \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klayay\u0131m: <a rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/eksisozluk.com\/?q=etki+fakt%c3%b6r%c3%bc\">Etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fc<\/a>\u00a01 olan bir dergide son iki y\u0131lda yay\u0131nlanan her makaleye toplam 1 kere at\u0131f yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Y\u00fcksek etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fcne sahip olan akademik yay\u0131nlar her zaman daha \u00e7ok ilgi \u00e7eker ve alan\u0131nda daha sayg\u0131n bir yere sahip olur.<\/p>\n<div id=\"om-u6oekzfsnxgqwxfjgkvl-holder\"><\/div>\n<p><script type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"https:\/\/a.omappapi.com\/app\/js\/api.min.js\" data-campaign=\"u6oekzfsnxgqwxfjgkvl\" data-user=\"41855\" async><\/script><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fc do\u011fru bir s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma arac\u0131 m\u0131?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngilizcesi \u201cimpact factor\u201d (IF) olan etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fc, akademik sayg\u0131nl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir de\u011ferlendirme arac\u0131d\u0131r fakat son y\u0131llarda bu y\u00f6ntem ile ilgili de baz\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmalar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00d6rne\u011fin etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn sadece makalelere yap\u0131lan at\u0131f ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi bana biraz haks\u0131zl\u0131k gibi geliyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her zaman pop\u00fcler konular\u0131 i\u015fleyen ya da kendi kendine at\u0131f yapan akademik dergiler daha y\u00fcksek puana sahip olacak. \u0130\u015fin di\u011fer taraf\u0131 yazarlar\u0131n da etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u00fcksek dergilerde yazmaya zorlanmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Bu da ger\u00e7ekten kaliteli akademik makaleler yay\u0131nlamak isteyen yerel dergilerin ve yay\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kesmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn olumlu y\u00f6n\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131 motive etmesidir. Bu sayede olu\u015fan rekabet\u00e7i ortam ile daha etkili akademik makaleler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Thomson Reuters taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131nlanan bir \u201cal\u0131nt\u0131lama raporu\u201d ile de akademisyenler en etkili makaleleri ve yay\u0131nlar\u0131 bulabilirler. B\u00f6yle bir rapora olan ihtiya\u00e7 asl\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekten akademik yay\u0131nlar i\u00e7in iyi bir s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rma ve de\u011ferlendirme sisteminin olmamas\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131yor. Bu al\u0131nt\u0131lama raporu da bu bo\u015flu\u011fu iyi bir \u015fekilde dolduruyor.<\/p>\n<p><b>Etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fc ka\u00e7 olmal\u0131d\u0131r?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngilizcesi \u201cJournal Citation Report\u201d olan bu raporun son yay\u0131nlanan\u0131 2012 y\u0131l\u0131na ait, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc 2013 i\u00e7in olan rapor Haziran 2014\u2019\u00fcn sonu gibi bekleniyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin bu son raporda 8411 adet akademik dergi de\u011ferlendirmeye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f. Etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fc de bu sefer 1 ve 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7ler i\u00e7in 1-30 aras\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f. Yine rapora g\u00f6re en y\u00fcksek etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fc olan 30\u2019a sahip sadece 21 dergi bulunmaktad\u0131r, bu da toplam dergilerin %0,2\u2019sine denk gelmektedir. 158 dergi ise 10 ve \u00fczeri etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fcne sahipmi\u015f. Geri kalan 8217 dergi ise 10\u2019dan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fcne sahip.<\/p>\n<p>Buradan anlamam\u0131z gereken en y\u00fcksek etki fakt\u00f6r\u00fcne sahip olan, yani at\u0131f say\u0131s\u0131 en y\u00fcksek olan dergilerin toplam akademik dergi say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n %2\u2019sine bile denk gelmedi\u011fidir.
